Aquarobics A water based work out, that’s easy on the joints yet relaxes and tones your body. You will get out what you put in, so go on……. make a splash

Ab-Sculpt A class designed to target those stomach muscles no boring sit ups here!!! Includes core strength exercises and back care work

Aerobiking Definitely not for the faint hearted this is a must for all who like to work hard and taking the body to their limits, an excellent way to burn fat and get into shape.

Body Design A great way to be introduced to using weights. Be it your own body’s resistance or using hand held weights this class is suitable for all and will really compliment your exercise regime.

Boot Camp circuits Brilliant muscular strength and toning class to improve fitness and shed those unwanted pounds suitable for men and woman no co-ordination needed.

Legs Bums Tums A class that’s main focus is where you want it. Exercises to tone up the hips, the legs and the all important abdominals. It does exactly what it says on the tin!!!

Boxercise Aerobics The high energy class that combines Boxing, martial arts and aerobics. A non contact class where you can learn moves and techniques that will get you in shape and could keep you safe.

Pole Fitness An unorthodox way to get into shape and tone. Learning moves on the pole and routines and most of all really enjoying a unique way to challenge your body.

Body Conditioning A traditional step class that has been refreshed for the new millennium, high energy class simple enough for men and women of all ages and fitness abilities.

Yoga This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates its all about building strength while holding various postures with powerful breathing techniques to create a flowing, dynamic and aerobic practise that is both challenging and Invigorating.
