Body Design
Body Design classes involves a high energy, high impact workout for all levels. Usually a mix of aerobics and toning exercises.
Toning is done using body bars,free weights and own body weight.Aerobic exercises usually involve anything which increases the heart rate..
Areas targeted in this class are arms,legs,bums and abdominals.
It can be great fun but it's always a lot of hard work so commitment levels must be high no matter what the individuals fitness levels.
